Hi everyone,

Just a quick update. Well our hosting's support isnt the best to say the least. So after wasting half the day with them we decided to contact Block Dos. They offer a service that lets you stay hosted where you are but they absorb the heat. So we have got that started. We might even move to them completely if our host's support doesn't improve. We can always find offshore hosting again once the site is stable.

We are still technically under attack and a lot of work needs to be done to get us back online. The good news is we still have full server access so we've backed up everything and if we need to move we can just go. Please just have a relaxing weekend, I don't think we will be back online before monday now. Remember you arent losing anything, it will be just like these 2 days never existed.

It sure has been an interesting week. But it looks like things are getting back to normal. The last few hours the site has been running very smoothly. I haven’t seen a single 502 Bad Gateway error message. For those of you still having problems please try any or all of the following:

1. Use Firefox version 3 for our site.
2. Clear your cookies and cache.
3. Flush your DNS: At Command Prompt type; ipconfig /flushdns hit return then reboot.

You may have noticed that we have disabled LR Purchases. As of today we are not accepting Liberty Reserve.

We had received a threat to send $2K to an LR account a few days ago and obviously we ignored it. We were informed if we do not comply they would set an Auto-Hack to our account and it would be emptied regularly. At this point we would like to inform you that our script and Database are secure, the LR Mass Pay password is not stored on the site in any way. Having said that there must be a loop-hole somewhere on the LR site and they did get to our account and some funds have been stolen. Fortunately it is a loss that we can absorb. But will we leave PAC open to this constant threat? It's not prudent. LR offers absolutely no assistance in these situations so it will be futile for us to carry on using LR.

All current LR Ad-Packs will be allowed to expire at 135%. However we will offer members a choice to be paid LR pendings to either STP or SP. Please sign up with either or both these processors if you don't have an account with them. If you still wish to be paid to LR, we will pay you but it will take upto 10 Business Days. The reason being, we use LR for our investments and obviously with no deposits coming in, we will not be able to pay you within 24 hours. On the 27th, Our Programmer will code the script, so you will have these choices when you are requesting an LR Cashout.

We really regret having to make this decision, but LR's policy of not helping in these situations leaves us with no choice.

As some of you will have already read, the admins of PAC, SA and Aggeroinvestment have been having a little get together. :)

The outcome is that all 3 programs are now being run under the same people. I know what you are thinking.. 'Oh wow, how does that affect me?' Well I'm glad to say it won't in the slightest. There will be no, I repeat NO changes to any of the programs and each one will be run independently from the others. We are not expecting any member to have to join all or any of the other programs you aren't currently in.

The only differences will go on behind the scenes. By having these 3 surfs under the same management we feel we have something that will suit most member's taste and will make us much stronger at the core. Roger will be running the exchanger now and if he is half as good as he was with Aggero you know it's going to be the best exchanger ever! :D

Well, if you ask me, that is highly suspicious. In order to withdraw the money from LR, not only one must know account number (not a problem) and password, but also pin to access the main account and pin to allow money transfer. So, IMHO, hacking is extremely unlikely, if they have their security properly sorted out. To me, it looks like something else... I was actually considering to join it, but now there's no way I'll put my money into it. And megalido started having some problems with LR, several weeks before it turned scam.

The main reason for PAC to not use LR any longer was not because of a hacking attempt, but because Admin of PAC thought that LR offered absolutely no assistance in their situations regarding hacking threat so it would be futile for them to carry on using LR.

The way I read this is that it was more than hacking attempt. "Hacker(s)" actually succeeded to get into PAC account, and for me, due to reasons explained above, that explanation is hard to swallow.

PAC has stopped using LR since dec 2008, they only accept deposit from AP, SP and STP. Since i have no funds in these pp, i couldn't make any investment with them. So i was kind of thinking that i'd have been a happy member of PAC if they would continue using LR just like the old days.

To be honest i have put 90% of my money in Aggero and i dont have much money left for PAC. since PAC and Aggero merged, i think that investing in Aggero = investing in PAC too, so for the time being i will continue with Aggero.

PAC has the highest R.O.I. of the 3 programs that merged. Good work till now, but Valentine bonus, Aggero reopened and LR accepted back to PAC..Too many things all together..I strongly hope this is not a warning signal, since I had long and profitable time with Aggero..

deposit bonus isn't a new thing introduced by PAC team, it's been given away since november. i knew it because i've been a member of PAC since the day it started on 19th november 2008.

PAC has the highest ROI, yes that's correct. For those who want to know, here are some differences between PAC from Aggero :
1. PAC requires membership level fee, for example if you want to invest from $20 to $200 then you will need to pay $5 as a membership fee for a month.
Higher investment = higher membership level fee.
Aggero doesnt have a membership fee

2. PAC plan = 9% x 15 days
Aggero plan = 8.5% x 15 days

3. PAC will charge 3% as withdrawal fee

I was just preparing to ask why they don't accept liberty reserve anymore when i've seen they readded it as a payment option again. The problem is i'm in a big lack of money. Not because i lost them. Just because they are invested in other places. And everytime i found a new place to invest them.

PAC has been running for 3 months since 19th november 2008. What makes them sustainable is their new concept of making money from PAC :
- PAC is not an autosurf actually, it's more likely a manual surf.
- PAC has a large number of members which will attract advertisers to purchase Ads
- PAC also earn from their membership level system and 3% withdrawal fee

If there's nothing bad and serious happen with them, I think they can last for a long time.

I agree with you Satria. PAC is not like other surfs and also have a large reserve of funds working to sustain the program.
Admins are two very good people and they have been working for months prior to opening PAC preparing for a top program :)

Dear Members,

Thank you very much for your wonderful patience. We have completed processing all the current requests for refunds. You can read more about them in the email following this one.

PAC will resume in 6-8 weeks. We did say 6, but there is no exact date yet as we will have to receive funds from the Trade we have invested in and then buy E-currency.


PAC's Recovery Plan:

5% Daily for 25 Days
3% Referral Commission
No Compounding
Membership Fees, (Standby will remain free) - these will be paid from a pay processor only.
Same Surfing Requirements.
Min $1- Max $500 Daily


For all members who chose to hold and are not in profit, you will have a certain % of your deposits as an adpack. We cannot at the moment say how much it is, it depends on the funds we are expecting. The rest of your refunds will be done in phases until you are paid a 100%. The status of refunds will be posted on the site.

We would like to be very upfront and say now that this will only work if we have your support. We will gauge the interest for 25 days. No Referral Commission payouts will go out in that period. If after 25 days we feel the interest can sustain the program, we're in business. If it's not there, we will refund all fresh deposits in full and close PAC down.

You and us will have equal responsibility to re-build PAC. Once again, we are not seeking to blame, but we did our very best as admins. We are still baffled as to why a simple site enhancement would send a high percentge of you in a panic. We understand that in this industry members have learnt to look for Red Flags and Push the Panic Button. But payouts were within 24 hours, there was no unprecedented hikes in Maximums, the plan was not adjusted, no RC reductions. So, how did a site enhancement translate into a RedFlag?

Once again, if you want PAC back to stay, please work with us. Trust that any enhancements we make are for your benefit. We commit to pay refunds from our expected income. As we have said, we have long-term expected incomes that we will help us to keep this commitment.

If PAC would ever comeback in 6 - 8 weeks, i am considering to stay in PAC with 2 conditions :
1. Everyone who chose to refund got their full refund
2. LR will be accepted (no LR = no business for me)
