Private programs in general should be classified into two types:
exclusive to one group of people
exclusive to people that signup for someone else.
Basically, advertised private programs are ponzi schemes that are trying to be fancy. Accept they are worse because they are not treated as normal HYIPs. However, i think that programs that are not advertised and are exclusive to one group of people are probably not ponzi schemes, so that is good because they are fairly good, depending on if they are not going to be stupid and loose your money. But other than that you need to apply good gudgment like in any other HYIPing opportunity.

I can say most of the programs are Ponzi Schemes. If they are not, usually they trade Forex or Stock for real. But, the risk is mostly on investors' hands.. When they can't give profit, the investors will lose money..

Many HYIP Admins, make their HYIPs as Private Programs, so I think, we don't really need to divide it into two.

Yes you should. Generally, Private Programs are either just another way of marketing HYIPs, or alternatively, they are real programs. I think, if they are actually exclusive to one group of people, and dont just CLAIM to be, then they actually are more reputable. I like them a fair amount more.
