Definately the best way to get money from your website ,but you have to have good amount of traffic or loyal website visitors to receive some clicks ,however a click value can be really high which is great. :)

there are very good ways to get web visitors like pingomatic.com. So if u are interested in traffic and making money .

Exactly. pingomatic only seems like it has the potential to increase your blog`s or website`s PR. But the advertising that goes in the website is what really matters. for CPCs, you might need to spend a lot of money to gain visitor clicks. Some companies may require the visitor to submit personal information or register in the target website to pay you.

Nobody uses cost per click anymore. CPM is used now. It gets counted by cost per 1000 clicks/ visits. Advertising can be so cheap that it won't even cost 1 cent per click. I have seen paid to click sites offering $1 for 1000 visits. Yes, it is possible to get traffic for such a price.

It seems that Cost Per Click is like PPC. It helps in getting traffic but, there is no guarantee of quality traffic.
