In this process bad effect coming from back hyperlinks or bad backlinkds coming from bad website are remove to have some good effect on place...

I think reverse SEO and the negative seo are quite related these days. I mean penguin update was made for the links and found that they do have some similarity. So though not completely related, reverse SEO could be related to negative SEO.
