i didn't get your question. i think you are asking some Voip service that provide free route to calls? isn't? if you want to talk in internet then use Skype to have a voice and video chat.... i will look forward your question theme.

Well, i am not the one who is asking question in here. but trying to give an answer. Well, perhaps that author should clear the question what she/he would like to know because it's not clear even we are here to help him/her but he/shed needs to be precise to get a precise answer.
