i really dont think it gonna be safe to invest here,the program claim to be online now for 12 days which means the early bird that with the program has just finish they circle and the progra has just finish it first circle,well the program isn't telling the truth,the rate us page is having only one hyip monitor and monitors is saying the program is just a day old,even i can see any proof of payment from the program for the last 5 to days 3,so am guessing this might just be a scam program in disguise.

Here are my thoughts on that, and on a few other important things. I would appreciate it you'd take the time and read.

First of all I would say it's actually a good sign; folks are eventually on the fence and start watching what's going on at 711Finance. That's great, and we love it.

Secondly, andreslbk, as for your question, there is obviously an easy explanation for it: As 711Finance stats are real, all deposits / withdrawals displayed on 711-stats happened indeed. Our staff doesn't modify any numbers!

If investors choose to publish their own payment / investment proofs, they will surely do so. If not, they may have their own reason to act this way.

I suggest we wait and see, if that member has the intention to step in here to say something or to post a screenshot.

Even if I would truly appreciate that, I have to admit -and I derive that from my long experience in that area- and many of you may agree with me:
Highrollers, most of the time, do *not* spend their time at forums to inform the world about their specific investment activities.

And if he/she chooses to remain in privacy, we at 711Finance do fully respect that and won't disclose anything to anyone.

Just because someone invests an amount, which for the majority of us is considered to be an unusual large amount, we should not forget, that these kind of investors indeed exist.

I am here to address an issue which most of you are probably aware of:

711Finance uses LibertyReserve as payment processor, and
LR API stopped working correctly around 15 hours ago.
API is used to MASSPAY withdrawals to many members with a click
of a button so to speak.
That masspay function first started to work slower and then produced randomly
different results. I decided to stop using it on our site, but we still
test it on another server to immediately see when it gets back to normal..

The other issue is, as we confirmed with a number of our own members and
program admins and exchangers worldwide:

Depending on your IP settings in LR: if you login from a different IP address than you did last time, LR usually sends a PIN code via email , adding an additional security level.
These emails are currently **not** being sent by LR, or may be they are
sent, but no one seems to receive them.

It looks to me, that (may be) a lot more of you won't be able to login
to LR, due to IP security settings.


Members are entering our chat every minute and ask, what to do.

Well,. first of all don't panic. LR is most probably working hard to get things solved, they just dont't communicating their issues to us,
As they never did in past. ( at least not in a timely manner )

I started to payout using manual payment funtion of LR, however,
most of the time the process times out, and I am not getting to the point
of confirming a transfer. Each transfer, in case it happens to function, can takes up to 3-5 minutes.


Suggestion:
To ensure that you will not lose any of your funds in case you can not access your LR account due to the PIN email problem, I will keep the money here at 711Finance, until you get to me and make sure you can access your lr account problem free.

It doesn't make sense to send money to an account, when its not sure whether you still can access it or not.

In your very own interest, try to remember which IP you did use last time when you successfully logged into your lr account, and make sure you use exact the same IP again. ( often this might be impossible )

Let me know if you have access to your LR account, if yes I can safely process your withdrawal.

I have just learned that LibertyReserve (http://libertyreserve.com) seems to be up and running
again. At least we are able to use it for manual withdrawals which we
are now continue to process.

However,
if one logs in using a different IP, LR still doesn't send a PIN-email with
verification code.

The bonus is paid on the value of the first deposit. So your second deposit can be any amount above the minimum.

that's good to read you are satisfied with the way we do our work.
As you point out, you received your withdrawal within 10 seconds after
requesting it.

That's reason enough for me to comment on this and to clarify something to prevent any kind of misinterpretation for potential new investors on the fence.


In general we are doing 3-6 rounds of withdrawals a day. That counts down to an average waiting time ( from requesting to processing ) of 4-8 hours.
If you read our news, you may know, we did some major improvements on our mass-payment module, which leads directly to a faster speed when processing masses of withdrawal requests in one 'job'.

We were doing this improvement for a very good reason:
From my experience I do know, it now won't take long until we are going to see and process
a couple of thousands withdrawals a day.

That's an easy calculation:
If only 1k members request their withdrawals 2-3 times a day.
That counts up to 2-3k withdrawals (WD) daily. Each single WD has to be cross checked before we process it,
for potential referral fraud and multiple account- and bonus fraud.
(We coded some genius queries to help detect them in sorta automated mode -
but still... I am keen on checking results manually for possible mistakes.)


That all takes time, and we do maintain white- and blacklists.
Without going to much into details for obvious reasons, there is indeed a chance that a request can be processed in less than 15 seconds.
It must have been a white listed account, and it must have been just requested at this very moment, when the former job was almost successfully ended and no further WDs were in queue.

That was the case for investor bluesky1982 , and that's why it felt for him as it were instant.

What I was trying to clarify is, the general normal processing time for WD requests is set to 4-8 hours ( as we do it in 3-6 rounds a day ).

There is no minimum amount set, so you can even withdraw only $0.01.

I do understand , especially new investors often fear to not get paid, which triggers an impulse to request WDss even when only a small amount from earnings or ref com had been written to member account balance.

For now that's totally fine with us an we can handle it , no question about it. However, we all can feel how 711Finance is becoming more and more popular among all kind of investors at different places, majority of them
still coming from outside of the typical hyip arena, which is great!

This is why,
latest at beginning of September we should reach 2-3k active investors, and that's the time where we will act and lower the
number (!) and not (!) the $amount of withdrawals being requested per day.

Read on an see what it measn for September and later on:
While an 711-investor today would be able to request

As admin has already explained, she does payouts 3 or 4 times a day and that means that you can wait up to 6 hours to receive a payment.

Also remember this. Membership is growing quite fast and so are the number of payment requests. Each payout request is checked for fraud etc before being paid so that “up to 6 hours” could extend at some time in the future.

People shouldn’t comment or complain just because the current payout is a few minutes later than the previous ones. Make your payout request and sit back and wait for it to be paid. If it hasn’t been paid after 24 hours then you have grounds for comment or complaint but only after you have contacted admin.

When you get paid is also dependant on when you made the request. You could be lucky in that your request was made just before the current payout list was being checked and thus yours was included and you get paid quickly. Or you could be unlucky and make your payout request just after a batch of payouts have been made and you will have to wait until the next batch gets checked and paid.

LR announced a maintenance for 11-AUG 6-8am
but I see already now first issues regarding
sending LR to other accounts.
Sometime it works, most of the time it is denied
by LR.
We have tried sever times witih different accounts.

They may already be preparing for their work , so
I have decided to not process anything until LRmit an
maintenance is successfully finished


We had today also few issues due to large amounts of traffic
to our site. Regarding this read our site news.

A few members had their WDs not send to LR account,
and I was returning those funds to you members account balance.
Simply login, wait(!) until LR maintenance is finsihed
and then request 1 larger WD instead of many small ones.

Yeah, that is my way when my payout request got pending longer than expected. We have to know that 711finance has a lot of investors. Amanda said, everyday there are about 1000 payout requests. So, I am not wonder if sometimes she skip some investors's payout request. And if your payout request be passed, just contact her and she will process your payout request immediately.

2,800 withdrawals will take a very long time to be processed. Delayed Payments has been a very good friend of HYIPs that stopped paying few days before they stopped paying. I fear that this hyip might be on its way to meeting its end. We have no choice than to wait and see what happens next.

She showed up herself on MNO's chatt box and chatt with another investors and also with the admin of MNO. She got attack of all investors and MNO's admin in there. Amanda was also say WD's rule will change, for each investor can request 1 WD/member/day. I don't know whether it will work or not. Let's see.

Let it just be that the removal of the chat option is actually due to overload. Hyip Admins are not too good with excuses. Once they started given excuses, then you can be sure that they are no longer the person they use to be. We shall see.

Yeah, you were right dude. But let's see, how will amanda fix payment problem of her program. Actually, I was happy when she inform us about payment problem and changes of payment rules. I hope it work to get her investors's convidence back. My payment in there still pending 16 hours. Still normal, because the new payment's rules maximum 48 hours to be processed.

Amanda, my judgement about the bonus, I am sure for this time all investors aren't attracted about the bonus. More over, most investors haven't got paid. You have to make us trust by processing all payout request. That's it.

Same with me i tried accessing the site and what i could see was a libertyreserve blog stuff saying that members account will be unblocked,i hope the program isn't gone cause i can't find the join or login button,though thank God that i never invested in here.

I just have a chat with my friend who invested in here and i learnt that the admins libertyreserve account was block because of libertyreserves glitch of one of its auto scripts,though this ain't much reason for them to fold though folding is on tradition of hyips.

Is this site paying? I thought this site has turn to scam already? I see some hyip monitoring site that has not paying status and some has waiting status. I don't know about you but I guess its better that we just going to hold our funds and find a better hyip site than this one. I don't know. But its a concern that we must look before investing.

They just recently went online again claiming they are restarting the whole program. Since I have funds left with them and they promise that they will refund whoever did not get to BEP. So I am back here to wait for the refund of my second round which was running when the problem happened. I am hoping that I would be paid for the second round at least for the remaining money I have invested here.

Investors should be careful before investing here because the Re-starting initiative might just be a trick to walk away with the investments of more investors. Investors that invested here earlier that were yet to attain BEP should be paid before other investors should consider investing in this program.

That is my stand here. I just joined here for the refund if there are no more refunds then I would not invest any more money in here.

It is good news to know that your payment request was processed very quickly; it is a sure sign that 711Finance is back and better. I hope that all investors that have not completed their cycle here get paid and that this program lasts for more days. I might consider investing here.

If my second round would be repaid then I guess I might be encouraged to pay again. I just hope that they would consider me not in profit since I reinvested for the second time but it was when they have had problems.

Yea, peeps are getting paid here already. I have a good time chatting with the Admin (Amanda) today and it was great. She did told me her plan to take 711F to the next level. I did ask her about monitors that no monitor is monitoring the program and she told me of the plan to add monitors to the site and provide me with two monitors that are already monitoring the program. One of the monitors (hyip4you) is even offering RCB for the program now. More monitors will be added soon and I do hope she will include a monitor link on the site.

After chatting with her, I'm now feeling more comfortable to invest here and I will.

You are right. Anything can happen since it is a HYIP. I will keep my eyes on this one. If things remain stable, there's a high tendency that I will invest here.

Yea, the Admin is really cool. I feel good investing here. Almost everyday I chat with her and each time I will ask her concerning her honesty and her answer is always encouraging telling me not to worry that I should just watch and see that action speaks louder than voice. Usually, I will tell her that I'm watching. And that I hope to be in the right place with my investment. 711 is run by an experience Admin and we can hope that she will sustain the program for a long while. I wish us good luck on this program.

Guys I'm just confuse. Have you check the hyipbus.com? its a hyip monitoring site. teh status of 711finance.com is not paying I don't know why. Its invested 200 dollars in here but that hyip monitoring site does not receive any payments at all. Same think in indohyipinvestment and few other hyip monitoring site. But theirs also few hyip monitoring site that has this site status still paying. I'm just concern why theirs somehow discrepancy.
