Do you have one? I ordered mine last January and it arrived yesterday at my doorstep. hehe. I know it took so long but it's because of our postal service here in my country. You order it for FREE and will be sent worldwide but only through regular mail so it takes time to some countries like mine. There's no annual fee but there's a one-time activation fee of $10 if you are living outside the US and only $5 if you are a US resident. It's supposed to be $20 and $10 but you can't order the card if you wont join one of their site partners. If you join for example their partner, Elance.. or ReviewMe, you can order the card and they will patch up 50% of it that's why you can get it half the price. You can use it to verify Paypal also.

I have three payoneer prepaid debit card. One for me, one for my father, and one for my mother.

I am waiting activation now. Payoneer is used by almost site nowadays. There are numerous payooner's partner.

Text-link-ads is one of payoneer's partner that focus on text advertising. It helpful for text-link-ads member for receiving their payments.

I think many people in U.S. are very happy now because to do transaction with non U.S. persons, they easily pay via payoneer no need to queue in some bank.

I apologize this is really my free opinion.

Immediately after registration, we have a Paypal account in unverified status. Although the status of our Paypal account is unverified, Paypal Company permits us to use it to accept money payments unlimitedly and to send money to other Paypal account until $100. But, we can not withdraw money from our Paypal account to our own Bank account because of this unverified status.

Paypal account verification can be done by using credit card, Virtual Credit Card (not physical credit card) with risk of Paypal raid, and some Prepaid Debit Card with MasterCard logo like Payoneer Prepaid Debit Card.

Payoneer debit card is legal, safe, credible, can be get easily and free. Payoneer card will be sent directly to our mail address with empty balance. After Payoneer card funded, it can be used then, for example to do Paypal account verification.

Do we waste our time by ordering empty prepaid card ? Of course not. Getting it for free is a first easy step to do Paypal account verification. Unfortunately there are many easy steps to add balance to our Payoneer prepaid debit card, all of them only needs patience.

Payoneer card can be ordered from Payoner's partners only. We have to signup to one of Payoneer's partners, almost of them are free to register

I guess you are correct. But you can verify your paypal account using payoneer card only after you activate the card by funding in it. Also you will be charged some monthly fees for using the payoneer card. I just wonder if it's a credit card or debit card. I thought it's a credit card, but you have written here it is a debit card.

I used adultfriendfiner to sign up for one payoneer card, but my application is still under review after 4 days. They will send me to my mail after it's approved. Of course, it's very useful to USA people, but for International members there are some limitations.

Thank you. I have some Payoneer but still empty hehehehe. I am trying to get another Payoneer Card because not prohibited as long as we fill our personal identification correct and honest. One payoneer partner for one payment.

It is a DEBIT card not a credit card. That's really a nice card because you can only spend what you have in the card so you wont go into debt with charges if you exceed.
