Default xchanger.org - to inter-exchnage LR/STP/SP

The following news appears in today's MNO newsletter:

".. ... .. ..Xchanger helps you with exchanging three major ecurrencies: LibertyReserve, SolidTrustPay and StrictPay. To take advantage of the Xchanger you should register in it and your level will be gradually raised after making several successful transactions. The maximum you can exchange in the site is limited to $500 daily. The rates in Xchanger are constantly changing but the current special rate is 0% fee if you want to convert your money from LibertyReserve to StrictPay."

The 0% fees is really arising a doubt in my mind. Are you sure it's a legit one, and not a scam? If they are legit, I'm sure there must be some minimum exchange fees amount or something and the claim of 0% fees is just a way to lure people to pour in.

The current special 0% fee applies to exchnaging from LibertyReserve to StrictPay only.
Other exchanges are at 2% - 8% fees.
In the FAQ, xchanger says: "Our exchange rates vary from time to time based on the market conditions and our funds. You can find the most updated exchange rates on the right side under 'Current Rates'."

Well. I just posted what I read.
I have no personal experience how xchanger operates.
I am not even registered member yet.

Okay. Here below is a little more information from MNO newsletter on how long the exchanges take:.

".. .. ...... ... So far I tried his Xchanger three or four times and have never been disappointed. All the exchanges were made within 24 hours, but usually it only took a couple of hours to complete them. I remind you that Xchanger helps you with exchanging three major ecurrencies: LibertyReserve, SolidTrustPay and StrictPay... .. .... ."

Please go to Post #03. There I clarify where the 0% fee applies.
Also, you may wish to just visit the site for complete details.

I recommend xChanger.org. My $91 LR to AP exchange was done in less then 2 hours in last monday.
And I also got a 1% discount on the tax by using this discount code: XCk3h20t, because it was my firtst time exchanging with them. Very very good!

I read today from the site that, they exchange AP, PM and GDP. It seems like they will make a good exchanger for e-currency.

I exchanged e-currency here today, I wanted my money from GDP to be transferred to my LR account so I used this exchanger and it is really safe I got my money in LR but the only thins is the high exchanging fee we need to pay when we do exchanges here.
