Of course, there are. But license or registration isn't an insurance against collapsing.
I'll not recommend you anything (I'm completely sure that investments decisions should be taken individually), but the algorithm is simple - when a program claims to be registered, find a company register of the country they are registered in, then check the company name or any other info provided by a company. If there is no possibility to find such a register, then just treat such a program like unregistered.

There may be license for HYIP, I think it is not too expensive to buy real license, specially in the unfamous nation that needs investment.
I know many money game can obtain real license from the government..

I agree with Bing and there is always a risk involve if you invest in this kind of programs so better be ready to accept if you got scammed.

Your explanation is clear and simple. i appreciate it. All businesses carry risk to a degree. The only thing that really matters is that how much risk a company carries which also depends to an extent on the industry it follows. The HYIP industry is known for scams and downfalls. So, it is in the hands of the investor to either take a proper decision or not mind taking a risk.

Well licensed or not , a hyip will go down one day or the other , so always be careful about where you invest in and do your dd before investing.

I agree licensed or not it will still go down along the way, that's why we always have to carry the risk and fear when we started to invest.

HYIPs are high risk businesses. Hence, they cannot be regulated. Regulations would not allow HYIPs to gamble in certain avenues where the HYIP admin has better skills. So, the HYIP industry would eventually die out. But it is possible for HYIPs to be a registered company where we as investors become the creditors. So, i would prefer a registered HYIP than one that is not, only for traceability.

There are so Many hyip's showing you that they have registration certificate and guarantee of investment and many things to prove their legitimacy but at the end of day every Hyip has its day of Scam.So please if you think your funds are safe in registered and licensed hyip then change your mindset because even these hyips can scam you!
