Default I reported them to egold but.....

I found out the hard way a long long time ago. I reported them to egold for assisting this scam but I see they are still pulling in the money. Egold should be held responsible for scams such as this

Thumbs down Hourly ForEx Gold Scam

I too was scammed here just yesterday they took my money and cannot get ahold of them. Another big scam is OnlineMoney2003.com DO NOT GIVE THEM MONEY. First file a report with the BBB of Wilmington, DE and then go to FBI.GOV and file an internet fraud complaint there. Lots of us that were scammed with Online Money filed these reports, and I have been told that e-gold froze their account. Which tells me that maybe, maybe there is some money left in there. These people are good so be so very careful. I lost $400 with Online, but only $20 with Hourly. Hopefully we can put a stop to some of these that are just taking our money and running. Thanks Deb

If you have not been paid by Hourly FX Gold, do what I just did.
-go into your e-gold transactions and find the batch number for the payment you made, you will also see the e-gold account number that your money was sent to.
-go to the about us link, then you will have to go thru a few more pages to get to thier contact form page.
-fill it out and let e-gold know that this company is using them as the payment system to steal money from people.

Thumbs down

Have you tried to log in to HourlyFXGold using version 2.0? If you do you get this message:
Quote:
If you are registered with Hourly Fx Gold version 1.0 - Please Log in HERE.
Your account is functioning normally - all payments, withdrawals and deposits are maintained the old way.
I take it that they mean you can invest but we won’t pay you.

If you want to work with Hourly Fx Gold Version 2.0 -
Please create a New Account Here.
I suppose that, that also means you can invest but we won’t pay you.

I joined this forum so I could let you know what I have done so far.
I joined HourlyFXGold. Like you I have recieved no response to my emails and the phone number and address listed for the company are both false.
I have contacted the IRS with the information provided on whosis. I have personal experience with them and if the webmaster is cheating us, it is a safe bet he is cheating them. At any rate they will investigate. If they find anything at all shady, it will be shut down ASAP and he/she will get what they deserve.

GOOD! Then maybe he'll meet the same fate that "Martin" did of Foriegn Fund did. (he ran off with millions) Rumor has it that some not so nice folks caught up to him.

Thumbs down A little more

I contacted Melbourne IT D/B/A Internet Names World Wide and they told me that I should forward any complaints to Regtime.net a registered re-seller for Melbourne. Regtime.net is actually a Russian reseller and there is no such person as Erik Bergquist in Arizona.

Does anyone know of anyway to put a stop to this type of fraud. My little 2.00 investment isn't a hill of beans but I saw investments of 1100 and 900 dollars.

Red face email feedback from egold

We have investigated and placed value limits on accounts associated
with
Hourly FX Gold, which will prevent them from receiving any more e-gold.
Unfortunately we will not be able to refund your money because all
e-gold
spends are final and not reversible as stated in the e-gold account
user
agreement. You might want to consider obtaining some combination of
help
from a legal professional or law enforcement to obtain court order, if
the
size of your loss warrants expenditure of your resources (time and
money) to
resolve. For more information on High Yield Investments you may want
to
visit http://members.impulse.net/~thebob/Pyramid.html and
