i'd usually do a format or a recovery for my systems in 3 - 5 months. get something like norton ghost or acronis true image. install antivirus, antispyware, all the protective stuffs and password manager, so it wont be a pain in the ass when you do a image recovery.
cheers! |

keyloggers arent so easy to get into your system, unless u ran a malicious program unknowingly.
most of the time it's public terminals like cybercafe that's installed them or something |

There are lots of anti-keylogger software out there so a Google search should find you something.
However just like a new virus no anti-this that and the other software can pick up a brand new one. There is no cure for a disease until there is a disease. But you can do a lot to defeat a key-logger. I work on the assumption that I do have a key-logger skulking on my computer even if there isn’t one because you never know when something extra sneaks in whilst you are out surfing and earning – hopefully for yourself and not some thief. Get hold of RobForm free from http://www.roboform.com/ The free version only allows 10 passwords to be stored but the Pro version has unlimited storage and at a one off fee of just $29.95 it is money well worth spending. Regular updates are free too. You can pay by a variety of credit cards or PayPal and they have a 30 days money back guarantee if you are not satisfied. There are other similar types of programmes but RFPro has served me well for many a year. RoboForm isn’t just a password storer it is also a forms filler with your personal details. You choose which personal details you want RF to keep on record. RF also has a secure password generator of up to 512 random characters. The passwords are encrypted. If you can’t or don’t want to go to the expense of buying RBPro you can still defeat a keylogger by not using the keyboard to input your logging in details. Some sites very helpfully supply a virtual keyboard on the site but if you are really security conscious you won’t be using real words as your password, will you? A password of 12 or 15 random characters is all but impossible to remember so do this: Make sure that you are not connected to the Internet and create a document in Word or NotePad or WordPad. Type in the name of the programme that you log in to and alongside type in your username and alongside that type in your password. Do that for each of your programmes and save your document to a floppy or if you have an extra hard drive on your computer save it to that extra hard drive. Never save it to the same partition as your operating system. Save it to floppy anyway as a back-up but don’t forget to keep it updated from the Master document. Then all you have to do is to copy and paste when logging in somewhere. No key presses so a keylogger will not be interested. This method is not 100% safe because sooner or later someone will produce a nasty that will read the clipboard. But in the meantime that’s the best that you can do for now. On my password document I have a series of 12, 15, 16 and 20 characters passwords ready for use for when I change a password or join a new site. It would also be helpful if you changed your on-line payment processor passwords regularly – say once a month. Just another point. Some sites require you to select a Secret Question and Answer to it as a means of identifying yourself in case you cannot get into the site for some reason. I also use 12 random characters for the answer and if I have to make up a question I use random characters as well. So instead of using something like “Favourite Car? I use 9 and 3 random characters. |

Don't worry too much, there's no such thing as a keylogger.
All these are hypes created by autosurf owners when they tempted to hack your egold account, BTW they're the ones who put the sites with malicious programs into the rotation. |

Are you deliberately setting out to be controversial cashscam?
If there are no keyloggers, as you claim, then explain to me why there are so many ant-keylogger programmes around and why people like AVG, McAfee, ZoneAlarm etc continually refer to them and provide a means of finding and eradicating them. You’ve made some unwarranted blanket accusations so now prove them or retract them. |

Much obliged for that very useful URL kjk.
My clipboard is now safe from prying eyes. To those people who can’t be bothered to follow the site’s recommendations this is what you should do. Sadly it only applies to Internet Explorer. Quote:
