I think so too. They are listed as a scam in my forum. They made the first entry into my scam database.
Who-is is showing them as active today. Ping and Traceroute both got hits.... |

Certainly it doesn't look good, da.
But yes, the same as yourself, I got the 'Forbidden' instead of 'Not found' when I tried yesterday, so with ping and traceroute saying that they are 'still there' it can't be 100% scam..... just 99% !  Personally I have accepted that they have gone.... but then, I was only $4 short of 100% ROI so I'm not really crying about it. What surprises me is that this company got itself listed as a trader in FxStreet - so there must be a 'responsible person' somewhere (David Havens ?) if anybody feels the need to pursue. Time to move on ...
