Default Real Investments Please!!

Don't get me wrong, I love the concept of "higher than traditional bank returns"... but geeze can someone please tell me of a good, paying, reliable, long lasting investment program that I can invest in???

I have lost so much money between PIPS, IT4US, FINHILL, OCEANIC FINANCIAL, Z1-INVESTMENTS, FASTMARKET, VAOL, TRADERJACK, and possibly 12DP... Please please please someone give me something to invest in so that i can at least get some of my money back. I truely belive that there is so much investment potential/opportunity in this space and am willing to stick with it for a while but I am just looking for at least a good program or two that ACTUALLY works/pays longterm so that I can help my family.

(and YES, I have heard of FF, udachu, nsfg, mpdw and am in it)

Thanks in advance. Have a great day.

P.S. - I am posting this same message in multiple forums...

While possibly this is an unpopular and unwelcome suggestion, perhaps the best way any of us can "help our family" is to not "invest" in hyips!

Looks like you've done some of the right things:
- diversify (Although I don't believe in it and cringe everytime I read one of the senior members recommending it to a newbie. If 95% of hyips are scams then diversifying just permits you to loose your money in a diversified manner.) The recommendation to diversify is very missleading.
- many of your investments were listed in the signatures of senior posters. Draw your own conclusions.

When you find a guaranteed investment please let the rest of us know!

the best place to invest in autosurf so far is dadndaves. as long as you don't cheat the system, he will treat you very well. prompt payment + you'll be entitled for his popular AutoSurfInfo. i doubt no one has done this.

as he's the owner of that info site & been in the industry for more than 3 years, no doubt he knows very well of autosurf industry. however, he's closed for new sign-up for a while. you may find the site at my signature. see it for yourself or PM me if you want further explaination.

as you can see, even big sites such as 12DP & ST cannot survive massive membership. that's the beauty of DnD eventhough his site is not pleasing enough. here's the info you might be useful for your DD on DnD.
Quote:
Dad n’ Dave’s has been around for a while. They have survived a serious DDOS that lasted, from what I understand, for about eight days. That, in and of itself would have been an excuse for many programs to close up shop and run away, not so for Dad n’ Dave’s. Although the site is not so visually appealing and it is lacking in a few security measures that help us rest a little easier, the hosting appears to be in the very capable hands of Sagonet, a secure hosting service that can be found here: http://www.sagonet.net. I therefore rate the security of the site as more than adequate.

Rates are conservative, but reasonable. 1 % daily is quite acceptable, but more importantly it is sustainable. The website claims that the program is not MLM and does not rely on new members as a source of funds, at 1% daily, we can almost believe them.
The website is hosted in the United States, but the contact details are in Victoria, Australia. The email address used to register is based at a large, reputable ISP. If anyone has any idea what you need to go through to get any sort of internet connection in Australia, they would know that it is very difficult to cheat. I contacted the registrant email address and am waiting for a response.

Registrant name and address and telephone number have been electronically verified. The location is in a regional area, 9 kilometers from the city of Geelong, which places it fairly close to Melbourne.
Dad N’ Dave’s is not NetIBA certified as far as I know. At least they do not display a NetIBA certificate. It does support Stormpay, if there are any Dad N’ Dave’s members who use Storm Pay and can verify this for me, please email me at investigations@hyinquire.com. There are plenty of other points of verification that we can find anyway. They support Paypal, as far as I know they are the only Auto-surf site to do this. Of course they accept E-Gold and Maximum Wallet, a payment processor that seems similar to Paypal, but that I had not previously heard of.

I found Dad N’ Dave’s to be a fairly transparent company that would appear to have nothing to hide. I place their risk level at low to medium and will gladly give them my seal of approval should they submit to an online interview. I wish all due diligence work could be as easy as this.
At this time I am not a member of Dad N’ Dave’s. I did manage a sign up, but for some reason, when I applied the verification was not sent to my email address. I will try again. Dad N’ Dave’s looks a fairly safe bet. They are committed to sustainable growth. I did not feel it necessary to go very deep with this investigation. It was very easy to verify the information in the Who-is and Dad n’ Dave’s has been around for quite a while. It is definitely worth a play if you want a stable auto-surfer.

I sometimes forget that there are still people that are on this Fourm getting scammed and looking for a place to invest. I don't usually peddle my investment products in the same place I go for due diligence (I love Golden Talk) but seeing it was specifically asked I'll post the info about my safest product.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
If you are interested I have real estate properties that are much safer then HYIPs. While my group is totally off-line right now, an online system is currently being programmed. It should be ready in the next 6 weeks.
Currently the process works like this:
1) You send me an email (desco-Investments@usa.net) so I can add you to my list of investors.
2) When I have a property available I will put together an investment package and email it to you. The package shows the details of the deal including your return rate, due date, ROI date and how much is needed to activate the deal. This amount is usually down payment + closing costs.
3) Upon receiving the package you can determine if you want to fund the entire deal or just part of it. Using E-Currencies makes all aspects of funding very flexible to you.
Real Estate may not be as glorious as HYIPs with their payments of 1-3% a day but it is much safer. The average return rates are 18-100% and the average hold on principal is 1-6 months.
Send an email to desco-Investments@usa.net with the subject: Add me to you REI list.
That web site is where my site will be when it's done. There is a crappy place holder web site there right now which gives very little detail to what we do. Unfortunately our web designer screwed us over and we are now looking for someone more reliable. ***Any suggestions are welcome***
As of right now the REI side is completely offline. I’m currently using AJSquare to design the site but I’ve rejected all of the proofs they sent me. I’m looking for a specific look and feel to the site which no design company will take the time to create.
Again, any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
~Kenn
Thanks Jennyd!
We have been working our tails off over here. We couldn’t find a decent web developer so I decided to buy a professional CMS application. Basically it's a web site that will tie into our real estate investing database.
We had our first demo last night and it was awesome. The website is completely integrated with our REI software. Adding our investment properties to the web site is going to be a few simple clicks now. J
We will be migrating our servers from an old UNIX platform to a new ASP.NET 2.0 platform. Damn I miss programming sometimes (I'm an EX- Access, SQL, and Oracle DB admin). So it looks like the site should be ready before Feburary. We are working on the content now but we are going to need help from forums like this.
I would like to build a REAL FAQ's section (I'll post one here in golden talk) using your questions.
ZAGLEBIE-
We have REAL investments here backed by real estate. The risk is much lower then HYIP or Forex but the ROI is also not as high. My off-line customers are averaging 50-100% in about 6 months. So yeah, there are real investments out here the challenge is finding them.
Please be patient! We are almost here!
Best regards,
~Kenn
