Desco-Investments (Help me build FAQ)
Greetings everyone!
I would like to ask for your help with building a REAL FAQ Section of my website. I figured this group could come up with some really good ones. I’ll give you guys a description of what my company does and you ask me a question and post your initials. I’ll answer the question and if it was properly answered I’ll use it on my web site. I’ll start by posting the company overview here: First let me tell you a little bit about who I am and why I’m here. My name is Kenneth Dessinger and I'm president of Desco-Investments Inc. We are a small business private group. Don't get the idea that we are a bunch of stuffed shirts in a big office building with A/C and bad lighting. We are a small group of 5 entrepreneurs who invest together in many different markets. Each of us has strengths in our own respected fields. As a combined group we have the knowledge and expertise to successfully invest together in all of the following: Real Estate Wholesaling (Buying run down property, fixing and selling for a profit) Real Estate Pre-Foreclosures (Buy properties that are in foreclosure with plenty of equity) BOM (Betonmarkets using a prediction robot - about 85% accurate) Forex Trading (Foreign Exchange Market - We rely on HAL, who is a mathematician with 5 years of REAL trading experience) Sports Arbitration (This is RISK FREE betting where the odds of each bookie is opposed) Online Casino (coming soon, we are looking to tie e-currencies with a legal casino) Network Marketing (Turnkey programs, we put up money in exchange for cash flow) (And we are always testing new markets) Currently we have decided to only offer Real Estate investments to our online investors. This decision was made to create a reputation on the internet. It seems the 40-55 year old’s (baby boomers) have just recently found out that social security is not going to be there for them. They are also learning that their 401K money might not be there either. So they are looking for investments to make up for their short comings. Unfortunately what happens is they get sucked into the HYIP world hoping to make that quick buck. I’m sure you all know what happens when you invest in a HYIP. Why are we here? Simply because there are a lot of people out there with investment money, e-currency accounts, and no where to invest. We are here because we have REAL investments that produce REAL returns. What makes us different from a HYIP? We allow people to invest in single real estate deals and see their money working. Our real estate investors put contracts on the real estate deals and post them to the internet. The details of the deal will give you all of the financial information so you can see how it is structured. You will see where your money is going and how we will make your profit. If you like the deal you can choose to invest from $10 to the full amount of the deal. Each deal has a total $$$ amount needed and a contract date which it must be fully funded by. Once the deal is fully funded and the contract has been executed, your money is at work. When the agreed upon time (as stated in the details of the deal) has expired then we will directly deposit principal + interest to your e-currency account. When the deal is over we simply ask for a testimonial. We then post the outcome of the deal and testimonials to a score board sheet. This sheet will give our investors a bird’s eye view of the company’s performance. From the information above, please fire off any questions that you can think of. The best way to buld FAQ is to wait to receive questions ;) Thus you will know which ones are the most oftenly asked
