Anyone has problem accessing to Kaonline site?
Hi all,
I'm new to kaonline and has just make a desposit. but i can't get access to the site since yesterday. Does everyone has the same problem or it's just me?  |

Most people had this same problem due to a DDoS attack that was aimed directly at our server, because of this Prolexic was unable to re-route the "bad traffic".
This issue has been solved, though due to local ISP cache you may still experience problems for another 12 hours or so. Try refreshing your browser, and using the back button. If you still have problems I would ask that you send me your IP, a screenshot of the error message you see, a screenshot of a traceroute done from your computer to www.kaonline.biz, and the date and time this occured. Thank you very much for your advice. Tried and is logging in smoothly now. Managed to withdrawal my return from AA fund. Good & pleasent experience. |

Withdrawl request completed within minutes
Like so many others I too wasn't able to access the website until yesterday evening. Today I requested a withdrawl from Kaonline and within minutes of doing so it was deposited into my egold account.
It just bloody amazing how fast it went through. Can't say enough good things about the program and of course its admin. I was also experiencing difficulties signing until this evening. Actually I just signed in from a different system using a different IP address and didn't seem to have any problem at all.
I'll second that Ciel. Ben really seems on the ball - I'm sure he looks like any regular Clarke Kent when he's out and about but I'm convinced he changes into his red cape and pants before signing on his pc everyday.  |

The site is being tweaked after a massive DDoS attack.
If you receive an error message please try and refresh the page, do not hit the back button, hit refresh. You may also try to clear your cache and cookie files. Those clients who still cannot access the site please allow for it bit of patience, it will be stable again shortly.
