The Gold Poll Care Program was of great aid to me over the past two days when an HYIP was making selective payments. I am very appreciative to Jeff, because without the weight that Monitors can bring to bear on some HYIP's the individual user can be swallowed up quite easily. I think all Monitors shown band together in a united front and help separate the wheat from the chaff HYIP's.

Finally a couple of tips on DD.
Go to http://www.goldpoll.com/ or .net or .org. As far as the IE browser is concerned go to the menu Edit and select ‘Find (on This Page) and in the Find what: field type in the name of the programme that you are researching. Just the name will do and not the URL. If GoldPoll is monitoring the site you will be taken to it quickly. Other browser may do things differently so you may have to search for the ‘Find’ facility.

Back in the forum do a search for the programme. Once again just its name should be enough. If there is a thread or threads for that programme you will be shown a list of them.

I had a similar idea in mind where the large investors in some of the HYIPS give you our User Names so that you can see how much we invested and whether we got paid. In other words any scam HYIP can take any monitor invest of $1 to $10 and pay out according to their plan just to look good in all the ratings. But the real truth comes out when people like me put out $200 to $300 at a time to monitor an HYIP and see whether it plays according to plan or not. In other words I am saying you could have a system of anonymous monitors that only people on this forum know who they are, but we anonymous monitors put in larger sums of money rather then usual $1 to $10 monitor spend. This way you can really weed out good HYIP from the scams and problematics.

You can use the larger anonymous investors in HYIP and post e-gold transaction numbers/batch IDs to verify that actual payments where made or not and have a running total of what the investment should have earned at plan.

My other idea was to go further than just do investment monitoring but dig deeper and come up with probabilities of whether an HYIP is a scam based on earnings/payouts AND whether WHOIS Info and Admin Email geographics match somewhat or not and whether the HYIP was open and honest in disclosing more information about themselves when contacted. Background investigations could be done if HYIP admins/owners voluntariliy give personal information. The idea is that you then either offer: a VERIFIED AND MONITORED list of good HYIPs for a fee to all to cover the costs of the background investigations and other work OR charge the HYIP that wants to be listed in the VERIFIED AND MONITORED list of good HYIPs for these costs of the additional investigations.

Some HYIP's out there go so far as to show you some of the strategies and investment vehicles they use to make their returns as per their plan and this counts towards a better scoring beyond the monitoring.

i think goldpoll is doing a great job as much as i havent invested in any of the hyip but have been refering people and have been getting referral commsions, through golpoll i know which is which

I used this service yesterday, on a problematic program I had put money into.
I wish you all the best in your endevours with the admin from (Instantly Payout)

I had my withdrw requests canceled,! when I asked why , all I got was "thankyou" from the admin!

Unfortunately this program was moved to our BlackList. It means that the admin doesn't pay. Anyway thank you for your report/bad vote. I'm sure that it will help a possible investor to ignore any deals with this program.
