Hi
In past I used AVG and then I used Avast anti virus. I use comodo firewall for internet security but I still get malwares and trojans and all this stuff. So what is the best firewall to use in order to remain safe and secure. ![]() |

I am using the firewall included in the Norton 360 Suite for Vista.. While on XP, I was using the ZoneAlarm firewall, though when I tried to install it on my new PC, I found out that ZoneAlarm firewall was not compatible with Vista and therefore I had to find a new reliable software..

Well I would call Norton anything BUT reliable, but then again it is only my humble opinion.
Bloated memory hog is actually first association that comes on my mind when mentioning Norton, but then again the same applies to Vista. ![]() |

As someone who's still on W2K (with IE&OE&WMP fully removed from the system), there's no way I'm moving to Vista or anything alongside that path. Ever. ![]() |

There are plenty of free firewalls around. In any case the cost of a firewall has to be set against the high possibility of someone robbing your e-currency accounts. The ZoneAlarm Security Suite is only $49.95 and you can place it on up to 3 PCs thats just $16.95 each. |

Firewall built-in in the router might be good, but it will NOT prevent anything bad getting OUT of your computer. On top of that you basically have no control whatsoever over that firewall, so IMHO you should reconsider your decision. |
