this topic still open... I dont understand... In my opinion... all topics about SCAM programs would be closed.
and about HYIP I agree... all programs have a high risk, if the program have a registered company, this company can loose a lot of money in forex and other market investments, and be collapsed. Don't have stable and secure investment! All investments in forex and market have a high risk... You want a stable and nice investment?
