I think it's hard for me to say if this site is secure to invest or not. Partially because of it's hard to predict the future of a hyip, partially because we cannot verify the reasons behind.

I, Kevin, admin of Xaga Enterprise, apologize to all STP account holders. I was not able to reach to any solution with the STP problem. If you remember STP had frozen my account last week under the belief that Xaga was
a casino related site. I tried to tell them that we don't really have and casino investment and only deal with comps. Here is their reply :

I'm sorry, but I have reviewed the website and the account with the owner of STP and we have decided not to support your business as a merchant. We have concerns with your business model and procedures so you may removes
STP as a payment processor for your business. Your account with us is going to be suspended and all payments paid in through STP will be refunded.

When I read this email, I was so mad. How come they allow other programs that manage investors's money through forex and unquestioned method but suspended my account?

I know you all ( STP account holders ) will be very dissapointed but there's nothing I can do.

STP according to their email has claimed that it will refund all the money. If you don't receive your money, please contact STP or you can contact me too. I will help you.

I can promise all STP account holders that you will receive your money back. You will get your prinicple back and the payment done till now will the profits you will have earned, which is a bonus from us to you for all your trust with us.

STP has frozen my $1500 balance. If STP doesn't keep their promise to refund all your money, please don't worry. I will pay you from my own pocket. Please remember that XE has reserve fund which is about 400,000. So, don't you all
worry.

All accounts with STP investment will be edited to 0. But your account shall remain active. I will only delete your balance.

Xaga Enterprise will still run. If you still trust on us, you can re-spend with LR / PM / SP.

It seems they are having a trouble now. Hope this wont affect the program too much. I'm pretty reassured when they said they have a 400000 reserve fund. But this will make them lose a group of members who are only investing via STP.

even if they say they have $400000 reserved fund, there is no guarantee that this information is valid. i think hyip sites should stick with lr and pm, rather than other payment processors.

Dear wasi90lk, I agree with you. I think that HYIPs should only use LR and PM as e-currency systems. Another payment processors are giving problems sooner or later

As for me, i prefer to do investing using LR. It's easier and had been accept quite a long time as a good investment medium. Can i know, they take how many hours to release payment to their investors? My friend had request for her payment this morning but haven't receive it yet...

Dear vincent,

This is the latest e-mail from STP :

"The total amount you have withdrawn/transferred out of your account is $435.36. If you can send this amount to us by certified cheque or money order we will gladly give all your members a full refund."

Please remind that STP didn't force me to pay them. I offered them because I promised to my STP members to give them full refund.

So, next weeek I will send some money to STP and all STP members will receive full refund.

Please be patient.

This information just for STP account holders. For LR/PM/SP members, you are doing fine.

I think they are saying the truth, but no matter what it is and what payment processors they are using, the key now is that will they refund those STP members. You know, this kind of promises I have already heard enough with my last year ecperience, Aggero...etc.
