Exchanging e-currency with a person (even a forum member) is always fraught with dangers. Not least of which is who sends the money first.
So the best way to make an e-currency exchange is to use a bona fide e-currency exchanger. Of course there are fees to be paid because the e-currency exchanger is a business and there are many scam exchangers out there. So if two people want to do an e-currency exchange they can use me if they want to. Both people should send me a PM with the details and an email address, I will respond with instructions to that email address. The fee will be 1.5% for each person. That is if two people agree to exchange say $100 they will both actually get $98.50. I absorb any payment processor fees. The minimum exchange will be $20. If one person does not send his money within 24 hours of me sending the instructions by email, the deal is OFF. If the other person has sent his money, I will return what I received after any payment processor fees. So if someone sent $100 LR, with their fee of 1% ($1), I can only return $99. My fee of 1.5% will not be charged. As AP has a charge back scheme it might occur to someone to send AP then do a charge back for it once the exchange was completed. Well they will be wasting their time because by then my AP account will be empty. Also bear in mind that most payment processors charge a fee so if you specifically need, say $100, you should exchange $102 to cover the various fees. Most payment processors charge a fee to incoming funds, but Perfect Money is downright awkward and charges a fee against the outgoing funds. Finally, if you want to do an exchange you have to find your own person to do an exchange with and when you have, both people need to contact me by PM with your email address, payment processor details and amount. The PM from yyyyyyyy could be something like this: Hi Jim, I have agreed to exchange $102 LR for $102 AP with xxxxxxxx. My email address is yyyy@yyyyyyy.com My AP account ID is yyyy@yyyyyyy.com The PM from xxxxxxxx.could be something like this: Hi Jim, I have agreed to exchange $102 AP for $102 LR with yyyyyyyy My email address is xxxx@xxxxxx.com My LR account ID is 12345678 PayPal and Moneybookers CANNOT BE USED for e-currency exchange. It is against their TOS and I am not going to risk my accounts for anyone. I have accounts with: Liberty Reserve. AlertPay Pecunix Perfect Money Strict Pay |

I just interested to know by how you got 12345678 as a LR id.
By the way, I want to exchange evowallet with real-excfhanger with the other members. Can you do it for us. Member will send money in your evo and you will exchange on behalf of members. Is it possible? What will be your fees? |

Sorry, I never understand by how I become so fool. I mistakenly mix the second part with first part. By the way, it is sad that you do not help exchange other e-currency. . I need to find another trusted person. |

yes i look forward to this exchange through you. but i think that for example Person A is selling or exchanging his AP with Person B with LR. Person A can send the AP to jambutty, when person B has confirmed that person A has the money to jambutty already, person B then will send his LR directly to person B. to minimize the fees. and then he will show proof to jambutty that he had sent already through the LR account of person which he had reported to jambutty as his LR account at the first place. and the jambutty can send the AP to person B.
Well this will save some fees but it will be kind of hard work though. but this is good for those who don't want to be charge by LR fees twice.

Sadly this idea has been a resounding flop, as no one has wanted to make use of the service.
So there is no point in this thread anymore. It is closed. |
