though i can't exchange with you currently since i do not need such exchange at this moment.and i suggest you to post your exchange rate here and collected more reputation then somebody will exchanged with you.since you only posted 11posts here and you send paypal out. the member who exchange with you will bear the risky of chargeback. btw what do you mean by MP?

well. often who issued the exchange offer can send the money first and judge from the reputation to take the exchange that's for your money's safty also. thanks for your trust

For paypal, it doesn't matter if you send first or not, because you can take back your money later using chargeback policy, that's why people don't buy paypal from new and unknown people.
