I have send them a mail regarding loading my pioneer card with liberty but i got no response from them. I visited their site but don't see exchange details with liberty reserve anymore

Then I suggest you to find out any local people nearby you. It maybe your friends or relatives who own a credit card. Ask him or her to send you the required money to your card. That's the best way to do.

I have tried that one already but none of my friends have credit card. Thats why i'm looking for someone online who have a card and would trade $15 with me. I would even make it 15-17 just to convince someone.

Today I activated my account though I haven't loaded any amount yet. So I think there is no need of any amount to activate your account, but once you activated and loaded some funds in it, $10 will be taken as activation fees.
To activate your account, login into your payoneer using your id and password, then click "click here to activate your account", you will be asked to enter your card no. Just enter it and submit it, that's all, your account will be activated. |

Really dude? Let me try. But if i success in activating my account then how do i load it to verify my paypal then load it from my paypal to pay for my activation
