Load my pioneer master card to LR $15.
I'm looking for someone who can load my pioneer master card with $15, i'll trade it with my Liberty reserve $15.
My deal is load my card first then i'll pay you in with my LR. This would be my first time to trade but i'm a honest user and have been working online for long time now. |

I can't find other ecurrensy exchanger that exchanges with LR to pioneer master card. I know entelnova.com but their minimum exchange rate is $20 and i only have $10 and finishing another 100 post here to gain additional $5 which makes it $15. Just right to activate my pioneer, verify my paypal and $2 for loading fee of pioneer.

I face the same problem too after I get the card.
I can't active it using my money in Paypal! The only way to active the card is through another Credit Card, But if I had a credit card, what for I apply for an debit card  |

Thats why i'm trading my LR with credit or debit card. But still no luck in trading some. I badly need to activate my card and verify my paypal so i could withdraw my money since i don't have a bank and pay my debt in school fees.

Dude, I wonder when you have answer, you are searching for something else. You can use entlenova to load your payoneer card, so just use it. Wait until you reach $20 and then load it. It's not so easy to get anyone who can load your card particularly when the amount is low.
