i have $.74 in my account but can not withdraw.it do not allow me to withdraw because they say it is low.and their fees is 24%.un verified person can send money once in 5 days

i have not opened an account yet on this one. but it seems a good one. i am browsing their site for features and uses of this one. seems there is a lot of use for this one. i am interested to buy products online using this one. but still confusing how to use it. but there is "visit our shopping mall" button here.

Well, STP is considered to be much safer for players than LR because of a rather strict verification policy, refunds etc.
The last few days it was under ddos attack and this is the latest news from the official blog. Site access began to slow again starting at 3:30pm EST today. We know everyone’s patience is wearing thin (ours included) and it is very frustrating for you to experience such extended site slowness. We are continuing to implement DDos protection. We have found that flushing DNS may help you to regain access. The following is a brief explanation and instruction: The caching of DNS on local system ensure the fastest speed to resolve any domain name. However, it may cause some issues such as some website and web pages not loading or cannot be contacted and connected when browsing, caused by changing of IP address or nameservers that have not been reflected and refreshed on local copy. When encountering any inaccessible or unable to load web page issue, one possible resolution is to try to flush (empty and reset) the DNS cache on the system. To flush the DNS on Windows system (Windows XP and Vista inclusive), follow these steps: 1. Click on Start button and then click on Run (alternatively just hit Windows + R keys) to open Run command dialog. Type Cmd into the Run box, and hit Enter. In Windows Vista, open an elevated command prompt. 2. A command prompt DOS window will open. Type ipconfig /flushdns and then press Enter to purge the DNS resolver cache. I want to open a free STP account but the fee for receiving funds is much higher than LR. I have a referral commission to be withdrawn coz my referred member invested in STP that's why my RC must be withdrawn thru STP also, that's why I'm became interested to know more on STP.
