How does this thread keep getting resurrected? Craziness - it doesn't wan't to die.

Anyways, I agree with you George, I think it's insane they are giving Charis 5K a month (which is $60,000 a year BTW) for living expenses. Maybe I should become a crook so I can get paid 60K salary for doing nothing.

What's wrong with my posting the ABC News update? If it's of no interest to anyone, s/he is free to ignore it.

Personally, I've psyched myself to write off my funds held by SP but neither am I closing my mind to the possibility of its recovery.

have you look at this ?
http://www.i3institute.com/

The institute was created by Charis Johnson, the former administrator of that program in an attempt to eradicate these programs and stop the damaging cycle of financial and perosnal loss that they create.

We want to prevent people from losing money as a result of investing in these programs. We want the laws to be made clear and we want them to be enforced unilaterally, not selectively. We want to prevent third party companies from profiting from this illegal activity without sanction. We want to prevent people from having their lives torn apart because they are found to be unwittingly operating one of these programs.

It seems she became fbi agent now ?

Looks as if she is readying herself for the courtroom- hoping to make a better impression on the judge.

Angry

I can’t get rid of a picture in my mind of a fish frantically wriggling on the hook trying to get away and doing so untainted by events.

Charis is a crook and no amount of hindsight bleating will change that. In any case ignorance of the law is no excuse.

However she is right on one point. 12DP did get too big for her to handle and I believe that she tried to bail out with loads and loads of cash before the whole thing collapsed around her ears and that cash wasn’t available in StormPay. Trying to withdraw hundreds of thousands of dollars and probably millions from her SP account brought everything to a head. SP didn’t have the real cash to honour the withdrawal so they tried to protect their own interests.

The other interesting point that Charis makes is the reference to a friend who ran off with massive amounts of referral money. For me that establishes that HYIP and autosurf admin do have friends signed up to their programme for the sole purpose of gathering un-referred signees. It is no wonder that very few programmes don’t have a referral scheme and won’t even consider not having paid referrals.

This is exactly my take on it, except I think it began before that. I think she moved lots ot EMO already and thats why SP tried to stop her. Then your scenario followed.

I have never thought she was anything but a crook ... i love the fish analogy....but a worm sounds better

This is not to say that SP is innocent... they are all crooks and there you have it. The more CJ goes on about it, the more convinced I become.

Did you ever see the unmitigated trash she was posting in the forums during the last hurrah? It was just pathetic.
