just do exercise everyday or even just by walking in a couple of minutes. second, u should eat healthy foods like fruits and vegetables specifically leafy coz these are the main source of fiber that can eliminate toxic elements in our body. drink lots of water too. don't eat too much carbo at night time. cereals are also really good it has high nutritional value.

There are a lot of ways of being healthy. with a right food and sleep you are already consider one. walking for about 15 mins is also a good way to start, joining any groups that perform activities like running for a cause or planting trees for saving mother nature will really makes you enjoy meeting new people and at the same time use your body to make you a healthy person.

I guess you should spend some time with the people you like everyday. Try going to gym or on morning walk with your friends or you can go and join some sports with your friends.

To make healthy you should follow this routine:
1. Enjoy a pint of water first thing in the morning. 2. Grab a few fresh fruits on your way out. 3. Avoid going to junk food shops with your work mates. 4. Exercise on the go. 5. Drink herbal teas. 6. Eat a handful of nuts. 7. Say yes to freshly squeezed juice. 8. Deep breathing.
