This PTC site pays surely. I got payment today in 4 hours of request. In my opinion this is the one of the best low-payout PTC sites, because it's easy ot earn atleast 0.04$ everyday and more if I complete some offers.

It seems that this site is not a new one... It has more than 36,000 registered members and paid more than $18,300...! That's amazing. It's a pity that I have not heard about this reliable site yet... Maybe the click rate is quite low but the payout minimum is $0.60 for Standard members and $0.05 for Upgraded members. I am joining this site.
