Definitely, majority of those sites are scam Pay To Click sites that uses and share similar hosting I.P and besides, they promise unrealistic pay per clicks of $5 and above. Each time you reach payout, they dont pay and there email link dont work.
Definitely, those sites are PTC scams; hosted and sharing similar I.P and promising unrealistic pay per clicks of $1 above.

i guess the thread starter just copied the contents from other place. it is better to give out there he quoted the content from. then we are able to find the reasons why they were said to be scamming programs.

Shills and trolls abound on forums who, for reasons best known to themselves, post accusations of scam.

On this forum we need to know why someone thinks that a site is a scam. Just saying so is not enough. Nor is it enough to just say, “they promise unrealistic pay per clicks of $5 and above and $1 and above” without giving a few examples. So name just 10 out of the 400 that pay $1 or more per click.

It is not a serious thing to start a thread with the "copy"/"paste" method. totaly agree it seems all the info was just taken from some other site. I am not sure if we have a subject to discuss here so i will share only an info i got several weeks ago. I was invited to join a ptc site/ just like the ones above!/, offering a huge click rate. I was sure it is a scam but decided to try and use the money for ads. But after reading TOS and FAQ, i realized that the site really pays.But..... after reaching the minimum /let`s say 1000 $/ they change them to 10 cents "real" money. It seems the click rate shows the "local" currency which has to be converted. Lol. No thanks. So i guess some of those site pay but not the promissed amounts.

I am not active at this one /actually i made my registration only for some more details about payments, rules etc./ I will try to search my mailbox for the activation mail and will send you the name. Btw - are you interested in joining such site? I am not sure for how long will they pay and stay online...
